Customers are Welcome to let 1KLIKES print your own Photos and Art. The process is the same except you will need to send us your Hi Res ( For Best Results) image. Setting up artowork should be supplied at 300dpi in sRGB and in the correct orientation. 1KLIKES is happy to assist with artwork set up for print, but this will be at an additional cost. Artwork charged at R450/ hour.

COLOUR SPACE - ADOBE RGB or sRGB
FORMAT - TIF
RESOLUTION - 300dpi (3548w x 4961h pixels for portrait).
These are recommended setting for the best printing results. You are welcome to get in touch if you have any questions.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
OneKLikes will refund the customer under the following condtions.
1) Should the print arrive damaged via the courier.. Immediate proof in the form of a clear photo must be sent to OneKLikes. Both of the damaged print and the damaged packaging.
2) The print must be returned at the customers cost, upon reciept of which, a new print will be sent to the customer, or a refund will be innitiated if preferred. Refund can take up to 7 working days after the receipt of damaged product. Only the cost of the print will be refunded. Not the courier costs.
3) No Refunds on digital downloads!

1Klikes offers two convenient delivery methods at different price points, giving you flexibility based on your location.
1. PAXI Delivery (7–9 Business Days)
PAXI PICK UP POINTS Options
If your delivery address is in a rural area, on an unnamed street, or otherwise difficult for couriers to access, we recommend using PAXI delivery.

Collect your order from a nearby PEP, Tekkie Town, or Shoe City store.
2. Door-to-Door Courier (3–5 Business Days)
For faster service, choose delivery directly to your door. Orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners.
Digital Downloads
If you’ve purchased a Digital Download, please select the Digital Download option at checkout. This option is free.
⚠️ Important: If you select Digital Download at checkout but have purchased a physical print, your order will not be shipped until the courier fee has been paid. Please contact us to arrange payment.
